These products are delivered electronically in formats such as ZIP files, PDFs, or other digital formats.


2. No Refund Policy

Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed

Once a product has been:

  • Downloaded
  • Accessed
  • Delivered via email or download link

It is considered used, and therefore non-refundable


3. Exceptions to Refund Policy

We may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund only under the following conditions:

a. Corrupted or Defective Files

  • The product file is damaged, incomplete, or cannot be opened

b. Incorrect Product Delivery

  • You receive a file that is different from what was described

Conditions for Refund Requests

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of purchase
  • You must provide:
    • Proof of purchase
    • Clear explanation of the issue
    • Supporting evidence (screenshots/video)

We will first attempt to:

  • Resolve the issue
  • Provide a working file

A refund will only be issued if the issue cannot be resolved.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of technical knowledge
  • Failure to read product description
  • Incompatibility with your store setup (if clearly mentioned)
  • Accidental purchases
  • Delays caused by payment processors like PayPal or banks
  • Refusal to use provided support

5. Download Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

  • Download and store your files securely
  • Ensure your email address is entered correctly

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost files after delivery
  • Incorrect email submissions

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating any dispute

If a dispute is filed:

  • We reserve the right to:
    • Provide evidence of digital delivery
    • Suspend your access to products
    • Restrict future purchases

Fraudulent disputes may lead to:

  • Permanent ban from our platform

7. Support Policy

We provide:

  • Basic support only (guidance and clarification)

We do NOT provide:

  • Installation services
  • Customization
  • Technical development work

Support limitations are not a valid reason for refund
